# RedScraper > RedScraper (redscraper.io) is a managed Reddit data collection platform. Users define a target (keyword search or Reddit URL), choose entity types and fields, and receive normalized records for posts, comments, subreddits, and user profiles — via a no-code dashboard or HTTP API. Billing is based on successful compute time only; failed runs are not charged. Export formats include JSON, CSV, XML, and Excel. RedScraper runs extraction in a managed environment (no need to operate browsers, proxies, or rate-limit logic). Tasks support filters for sort order, time windows, NSFW visibility, field projections, and item limits (up to 10,000 per configuration). The same task model is available in the web UI and API (`https://api.redscraper.io/`). Important notes for agents: - Primary public site: `https://www.redscraper.io/` - Product pages describe scrapers for posts, comments, subreddits, and users; use-case pages cover market research, trends, lead generation, campaign monitoring, active users, and audience segmentation - Authenticated app routes live under `/dashboard/` (scraper runs, history, API keys, account) and are not intended for public crawling (`robots.txt` disallows `/dashboard`) - Prefer curated links below over a full sitemap crawl; `sitemap.xml` lists all indexable URLs but is larger than needed for most agent tasks ## Core pages - [Home](https://www.redscraper.io/): Product overview, how it works, pricing, FAQs, and platform deep-dive (inputs, fields, billing model) - [Pricing](https://www.redscraper.io/pricing/): Subscription plans and compute-time billing - [Scraping guide](https://www.redscraper.io/scraping-guide/): Step-by-step guide to collecting posts, comments, users, and subreddits (filters, keywords, exports) - [FAQs](https://www.redscraper.io/faqs/): Common questions about the product and usage - [Contact](https://www.redscraper.io/contact-us/): Contact and support ## Scrapers - [Reddit Post Scraper](https://www.redscraper.io/reddit-post-scraper/): Extract posts (title, body, scores, media, flair, permalink) - [Reddit Comment Scraper](https://www.redscraper.io/reddit-comment-scraper/): Extract comments and full discussion threads - [Reddit Subreddit Scraper](https://www.redscraper.io/reddit-subreddit-scraper/): Extract community metadata, subscribers, rules, moderators - [Reddit User Scraper](https://www.redscraper.io/reddit-user-scraper/): Extract public profiles, karma, and activity history ## Use cases - [Reddit market research](https://www.redscraper.io/use-cases/reddit-market-research/): Research markets and conversations on Reddit - [Identify trending topics](https://www.redscraper.io/use-cases/identify-trending-topics-reddit/): Track emerging topics and trends - [Lead generation](https://www.redscraper.io/use-cases/lead-generation/): Find leads and intent signals in discussions - [Campaign monitoring](https://www.redscraper.io/use-cases/reddit-campaign-monitoring/): Monitor brand and campaign mentions - [Identify active users](https://www.redscraper.io/use-cases/identify-active-users/): Find engaged contributors and influencers - [Audience segmentation](https://www.redscraper.io/use-cases/reddit-audience-segmentation/): Segment audiences from Reddit activity ## Guides & blog - [How to scrape Reddit users](https://www.redscraper.io/how-to/scrape-reddit-users/): Practical guide for user data extraction - [Blog](https://www.redscraper.io/post/): Articles on Reddit datasets, trends, sentiment, audiences, and competitor tracking ## Optional - [Privacy policy](https://www.redscraper.io/privacy-policy/): Privacy and data handling - [Terms and conditions](https://www.redscraper.io/terms-and-conditions/): Terms of service - [Sitemap](https://www.redscraper.io/sitemap.xml): Full list of indexable public URLs - [Robots](https://www.redscraper.io/robots.txt): Crawl rules (dashboard disallowed)
